Agent JR Rickert is pleased to announce that client Tyler Horn has agreed to terms on a practice squad contract with the Tennessee Titans. The 6’4” 300 lb. Center originally signed with the Atlanta Falcons immediately following the 2012 NFL Draft, but was waived in the final training camp cuts.
Horn, a native of Memphis, Tennessee, was a 2-year starter for the Miami Hurricanes and earned 2nd Team All-ACC in the 2011 season. The Titans are in need of depth at the center position and Horn is a technician who could work his way to the active roster.
Horn’s agent JR Rickert noted, “Tyler has worked incredibly hard since ending his college career and has just been looking for a shot. This is a well-deserved and great opportunity for him.”
Upon signing to the Titans practice squad, Horn becomes the 4th member of the Rickert’s 2012 Draft Class to join an NFL roster. This, in addition to signing 6 clients from the 2012 Major League Baseball Draft comprises one of the biggest ever rookie classes for the prominent agent from Niskayuna, New York.
